As your tournament event planners, the staff at Joyful Celebrations will provide the following services and will customize your tournament to ensure its success:

* Assist you in planning all phases of the tournament including the banquet, live auction and/or award presentation.
* We will be the liaison to work with the tournament host, and all other involved work groups.
* Make ourselves available, during, and after your tournament to make certain that all aspects of your event meet with your complete   satisfaction.
* Assist you in developing a Sponsorship Package and Invitation letter if you are planning a fundraising tournament.

Fund Raising Events and Conferences

Lindy and her staff have experience in both small and large fundraising events and conferences, and have just completed a large gala event for the Women’s Resource Committee in San Diego. The services we provide, but not limited to, are:

* Develop a detailed Event Action Plan that includes a timeline and roles/responsibilities list so that every detail and action item is completed on time.
* Work with you and/or your committee to determine your budget, then help you in maintaining it.
* Assist with the design and distribution of Invitations
* Use our creativity and shopping skills in planning and achieving the décor or theme for you event.
* Create a volunteer list and employee assignment plan as needed for your event.
* Attend the event to supervise and coordinate all aspects of the event to ensure its overall success
* Lead a post-event meeting to critique the event and to finalize any unfinished business.
